Assigning Resources
Connect apps to an agent and give it its own inbound email address.
A new agent starts with nothing attached (see Editor Tabs Overview for why). You decide, tab by tab, exactly what each agent can reach — so one agent can be limited to just the tools and data it needs.
Connecting Apps to an Agent
First connect a service (such as Google Sheets or Slack) once from the Integrations area. Then open the agent, go to its Integration tab, and select the connected accounts this agent should be allowed to use. Only the accounts you pick here are available to that agent. See Assigning Actions to Agents for the full walkthrough.
Giving an Agent an Email Address
On the Inbox tab you can give the agent its own inbound email address, set the senders it accepts mail from, and add custom email instructions — so the agent can read and act on messages sent to that address. See Email Inbox for setup details.
If your workspace uses fine-grained permission scoping, attaching a knowledge base to an agent on the Knowledge tab automatically grants that agent permission to search it — you usually don't need a separate manual permission step in that case. See Permissions for how the capability toggles work.
