Overview & Shared Bot

Chat with an agent from Telegram using Pushable's shared bot, no web app needed.

Connecting Telegram lets you message an agent straight from Telegram and get replies right there — no need to open the web app. There are two ways to connect: quick linking through Pushable's shared bot, or running your own custom bot tied to a specific agent.

Where to Find It

Open Settings → System → Pairing. The Telegram Integrations  screen is where you connect Telegram and see what's already connected.

Connecting with the Shared Bot

The shared bot is the quickest way to get started: you link your Telegram account to Pushable with a one-time code, then chat through the platform's shared bot.

1
Start connecting
Click Connect Telegram  on the Pairing screen.
2
Choose a default workspace
Pick the workspace messages should go to by default. If you only have one workspace, this is handled for you. You can change it later.
3
Copy the verification code
A short code appears — copy it. It expires after a few minutes.
4
Send the code in Telegram
Open Telegram, search for the bot shown on screen, and send it the code. You can also use the Open in Telegram  link to jump straight there.
5
Pick which agent to chat with
Once linked, send /agents  to the bot to choose which agent to talk to. Your messages go to that agent, and replies come back in the same chat.
ℹ️Note

The shared bot links one Telegram account to your Pushable account across every workspace you belong to. Run /agents  any time to switch agent — including one in another workspace.

Select the connected Telegram link on the Pairing screen to see its details. From there you can change the default workspace, or unlink the account to stop routing messages to it. You can re-link at any time.

Want a bot tied to a single agent instead, with its own name and branding? See Custom Bot.
