Overview & Connecting

Connect an external account once, then let your agents use it to read, send, and post on your behalf.

An integration  is a connection between Pushable and an external account. You connect an app once, give the connection a name, and choose which agents may use it. Once it's connected, an agent can do things in that app on your behalf — read a spreadsheet, send an email, post a message.

You can connect more than one account for the same app — two Gmail inboxes, for example — and tell them apart by the name you gave each one when you connected it.

Where to Find It

Open Integrations  from the sidebar, under More. There are two tabs: Marketplace  (a catalog of apps you can connect) and My Integrations  (the accounts you've already connected). A badge on the My Integrations  tab shows how many connections you have.

Browsing the Catalog

On the Marketplace  tab, use the Search integrations…  box to find an app by name, description, or category. The catalog shows a page of apps at a time — click Load more  at the bottom for additional apps. Each card shows the app's name and, once you've connected it, how many accounts you've linked for it.

Connecting an App

1
Find the app
Search for it on the Marketplace  tab — Google Sheets, Gmail, and Slack are common examples.
2
Click Connect
This opens a small dialog.
3
Name the connection
Fill in Connection name. A suggestion is filled in for you (e.g. "My Gmail"), and it's numbered if you already have one with that name (e.g. "My Gmail 2").
4
Choose how to connect, if asked
Some apps offer a Connection method  picker — sign in through a secure popup, or enter your own credentials. Apps that only support one method skip this step.
5
Finish connecting
For the sign-in method, a popup opens for you to sign in and approve access. For the credentials method, fill in the required fields (e.g. an API key) and click Connect. The connection shows Connecting…  and then becomes Active.
💡Tip

Complete the sign-in popup in that same window. Once the app reports it's connected, the popup closes on its own and the new connection appears under My Integrations.
