Schedule
Timing Modes
Choose how a schedule's timing is set: once, on a repeat, or on a fixed interval.
When you set the timing on a schedule, you choose one of three modes:
| Mode | What you set | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Once | A single date and time | July 1 at 9:00 AM |
| Repeat | A time of day plus the weekdays to run on | Weekdays at 9:00 AM |
| Interval | Every N minutes or hours | Every 2 hours |
For Repeat, pick a time and then tap the day circles (Mo–Su) for the days you want it to run. For Interval, enter a number and choose whether it counts minutes or hours.
ℹ️Note
Under the hood, a schedule's timing is actually built on one of a few input mechanisms — a raw cron-style expression, a natural-language description that gets translated automatically before saving, or a small set of named presets. Once, Repeat, and Interval are simply the friendly framing you interact with on top of that engine; you never need to think about it beyond the three modes above.
