Custom Bot
Run your own Telegram bot, tied to one agent, instead of using the shared bot.
If you want a dedicated bot for one agent — for example a branded support bot — connect your own Telegram bot instead of using the shared one. From the same Pairing screen, click Advanced to add a custom bot.
Connecting Your Own Custom Bot

Create a bot in Telegram
In Telegram, search for @BotFather and send /newbot. Follow the prompts to get a bot token, then copy it.

Name the connection
Fill in Connection Name— for example, "Support Bot."

Choose the agent
Under Assign to Agent, pick which agent should answer messages sent to this bot.

Paste the bot token
Paste the token you copied from BotFather.

Connect
Click Connect Custom Bot. People can now message your bot, and the agent you chose replies.
Managing a Custom Bot
Select the custom bot on the Pairing screen to see its details. Click Test to check the connection is healthy, or Disconnect to stop the bot from receiving messages and remove it.
