Workspaces
A workspace is the home for your agents, data, and automations. Here's how to create, switch, and manage them.
What is a workspace?
A workspace is the container for everything you build in Pushable — your agents, files, knowledge, integrations, schedules, and automations all live inside one. You can have several workspaces (for example, one per team or client) and switch between them at any time. Each workspace also has its own team members and its own credit balance.
Your first workspace is created for you when you sign up, and it comes with a ready-to-use MAIN agent so you can start chatting right away. Every new workspace you create also gets its own MAIN agent automatically.
Where to find it
Open your profile menu (your avatar at the bottom of the left sidebar) and choose Settings, then go to Workspace → Manage. This screen lists the workspaces you own and the workspaces you've been invited to, and it's where you create, rename, switch, set a default, and delete workspaces.
Creating a workspace
Switching workspaces
On the Manage screen, each workspace you're not currently in shows a Switch button. Click it to make that workspace active — everything in the app (agents, files, automations) then reflects the workspace you switched to. Your active workspace is marked Active.
Renaming a workspace
Next to any workspace you own, click the edit (pencil) icon, type the new name, and click Save. You can rename a workspace at any time.
Setting a default workspace
Your default workspace is the one you land in. To change it, click the star icon next to a workspace you own; it's then labelled Default. Each account always has exactly one default workspace.
Deleting a workspace
To delete a workspace you own, click the delete (trash) icon next to it and confirm. A couple of safeguards prevent accidents:
- Your default workspace cannot be deleted.
- The workspace you're currently in cannot be deleted — switch to another workspace first.
Deleting a workspace permanently removes all of its data — agents, files, knowledge, automations, and settings — and cannot be undone. Make sure you really want to remove everything in that workspace before you confirm.
Adding teammates
Workspaces are built for teams. To invite people, assign roles, set per-member credit budgets, and control which agents each member can see, head over to Members & Roles.
