Turning on Auto-Mode
Let an agent take actions right away in a conversation, instead of pausing to ask first.
Each conversation has its own Auto mode toggle. When it's off, the agent asks before every action that changes something, one approval card at a time. When it's on, the agent runs those actions right away without pausing for you.
ℹ️Note
Auto mode defaults to on for every new conversation. Out of the box, most chats already run without approval prompts — you only see approval cards in conversations where Auto mode has been deliberately switched off.
Turning Auto-Mode On or Off

Click the toggle
In the chat, click Auto mode. Because turning it on lets the agent act without checking with you first, Pushable asks you to confirm before enabling it.

Confirm
On the Turn on auto mode? dialog, click Turn on auto mode to enable it for this conversation, or Cancel to leave it off. This only affects future actions — any approval card already waiting for a decision is left as it is.

Turn it back off anytime
Click the toggle again to switch Auto mode off and go back to approving actions yourself.
💡Tip
While an approval card is waiting for a decision, it also offers a quick Enable shortcut that turns on Auto mode for the rest of the conversation without you needing to find the toggle.
