Your Plan & Topping Up

Change or cancel your plan, and buy more credits when you need them.

Your Plan

The workspace owner manages the plan from Settings → System → Billing. The Plan Overview card there shows your current plan and its renewal date.

Open Billing

Go to Settings → System → Billing.

Change your plan

Click Change Plan to open the plan picker. Toggle between Monthly and Yearly billing, review what each plan includes, and choose a plan to start checkout. Checkout is handled securely by the payment provider.

Cancel if you need to

If you're on a paid plan, click Cancel from the Plan Overview card. Your plan and remaining credits stay active until the end of the current billing period, after which the workspace returns to the free plan.

ℹ️Note

The free plan includes a set amount of credits with a daily limit as well as an overall allocation. Hitting the daily limit resets the next day, but once the overall allocation runs out you'll need to upgrade to keep going.

Topping Up Credits

On a paid plan, the owner can buy more credits at any time. From Settings → System → Billing (or the Credits & Usage tab), click Top Up Credits, then pick a credit pack or enter a custom amount — with a small minimum — to see how many credits it buys. Complete checkout to add them to the workspace.

⚠️Warning

Topping up requires an active plan — you can't buy a top-up on the free plan.
