Workflows
Managing Workflows
Turn a workflow on or off, reopen its setup, or remove it from the workspace.
Each installed workflow appears as a card on the My Workflows tab. From that card you can control whether it's active, revisit its setup, or remove it entirely.
Workflow Card Controls
| Control | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Toggle switch | Turns the workflow on or off. Disabled workflows stay installed, but agents can't use them until you turn them back on. |
| Configure (gear icon) | Opens the setup wizard again, for a workflow that still needs setup completed. |
| Uninstall (trash icon) | Removes the workflow and its actions from the workspace. |
If a card shows a small row of avatars, those are the agents currently using that workflow. Uninstalling asks you to confirm first.
