Managing & Run History
Test, enable, edit, and delete schedules, and review every run they've made.
Testing with Run Now
Click the play (Run now) button on a schedule's card to check it without waiting for its scheduled time. The agent runs immediately, and the result appears under the Logs tab.
Enabling, Editing & Deleting
Each schedule card has controls for managing it directly:
You can also filter your list with the status chips: All, Active, Scheduled, Overdue, Paused, Draft, or Done.
Schedule Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | On and running |
| Scheduled | On, waiting for its start date |
| Paused | Off, won't run until re-enabled |
| Overdue | A run was expected but hasn't completed |
| Draft | Created but never activated |
| Done | Past its end date, no more runs |
Viewing Run History
Open the Logs tab to see every run. Filter by status, agent, trigger (scheduled or manual), or date range, and use the refresh button to reload the latest runs. Click any row for details, including its start and end time, duration, and the agent's response. The Advanced toggle shows the individual steps (tool calls) the agent took, with their input and result, for reference only.
Run Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Completed | Finished successfully |
| Failed | Hit an error |
| Running | Currently executing |
| Awaiting approval | Paused, waiting for approval |
| Rejected | The approval request was declined |
| Skipped | Skipped, e.g. outside business hours |
| Expired | Did not finish in time |
If your workspace runs out of credits, all scheduling stops — both manual Run now and normal scheduled execution are blocked until credits are available again. This is shown clearly in the product rather than failing silently, so check your plan if runs stop unexpectedly.
Schedules also need an active plan to run at all. If your plan lapses, schedules are paused until you add or renew one. See Billing.
