Save, reset, or delete a template, and control which agents are allowed to use it.
Editing, Saving, and Deleting
Select a template from the list to open it in the editor. From there:
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Save | Applies your changes to the description and HTML. |
| Reset | Discards unsaved changes and returns to the last saved version. |
| Preview | Renders the current layout with sample data. |
| Delete | Removes the template. This can't be undone. |
ℹ️Note
Some templates from the Marketplace are marked Locked. Their layout is hidden and can't be edited, but an agent can still use them, and you can still preview the result.
Choosing Which Agents Can Use a Template
New templates are available across the whole workspace by default. To control access per agent, open that agent's settings, go to the PDF Templates tab, and pick which templates it's allowed to use. You can change this at any time.
