Account & Profile

Create your account, sign in, and manage your profile, security, and appearance.

Your account is how you sign in to Pushable. This page covers creating an account, signing in, recovering a lost password, and the personal settings you can adjust once you're in — your name, timezone, password, active sessions, and the light or dark theme.

Where to find it

Sign-up and sign-in happen at the Sign up page and the Sign in page. Once you're signed in, open your profile menu (your avatar at the bottom of the left sidebar) and choose Settings. Your personal settings live under Settings → Account, split into a Profile tab and a Sessions tab. The light/dark Theme control is in that same profile menu.

Open the sign-up page

Go to the Sign up page.

Fill in your details

Enter your full name, email address, and a password (at least 8 characters). Your timezone is detected automatically, and you can adjust it from the timezone selector on the form.

Accept the terms

Tick the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, then click Continue.

Verify your email

We send a verification link to your email address. Open your inbox and click the link to activate your account. Verification links are valid for a limited time — if yours expires, you can request a new one from the verification screen.

💡Tip

Prefer not to create a password? On both the sign-up and sign-in pages you can use Continue with Google or Continue with GitHub when those options are available. They sign you in with an account you already have.

Joining from an invitation

If a teammate invited you to their workspace, open the invitation link from your email. It takes you to the sign-up page with your email pre-filled; after you create your account you'll be asked whether you want to join that workspace. You can also accept later from your account — see Members & Roles.

Open the sign-in page

Go to the Sign in page.

Enter your credentials

Type your email address and password and click Continue— or use Google / GitHub if you signed up that way.

If your account hasn't been verified yet, the sign-in page prompts you to verify and offers a Resend verification email button.

Forgot or reset your password

Start from the sign-in page

On the Sign in page, click Forgot password?.

Request a reset link

Enter your email address and click Send reset link. If an account exists for that address, a reset link is emailed to you.

Choose a new password

Open the link, enter your new password (at least 8 characters) twice to confirm, and click Reset password. You'll be returned to the sign-in page to log in with the new password.

Your profile

Open Settings → Account → Profile to manage your personal details.

Setting	What it does
Email	Shown for reference. Your email address can't be changed here.
Name	The display name shown across the app. Edit it and click Save.
Timezone	Sets the timezone used for dates, schedules, and usage history. Pick one and click Save timezone.
Change password	Enter your current password, then your new password twice, and click Update password.

ℹ️Note

Each section saves on its own. Update your name, timezone, or password independently and click that section's save button.

Active sessions

Open Settings → Account → Sessions to see every device that is currently signed in to your account. Each entry shows the browser and operating system, when it was last active, and when it signed in. Your current device is marked This device.

Sign out a single device

Click Revoke next to any session to sign that device out. The device is signed out within a few minutes.

Sign out everywhere else

If you have sessions on other devices, click Sign out others to revoke every session except the one you're using, then confirm.

💡Tip

If you ever sign in on a shared or public computer, come back here afterwards and revoke that session for peace of mind.

Light & dark theme

To switch between light and dark mode, open your profile menu (your avatar at the bottom of the left sidebar) and hover Theme. Choose:

Light— always use the light appearance.
Dark— always use the dark appearance.
System— follow your device's light or dark setting automatically.

The change applies instantly and is remembered the next time you sign in.
