Generating PDFs in Chat
Ask an agent to fill in a template and hand you back a finished document.
Once a template is saved and an agent is allowed to use it, just ask the agent in chat — for example, "Generate an invoice for Acme Corp for 6,300 and send it over." The agent fills the template's placeholders with the right values, produces the PDF, and returns it in the conversation, ready to download or share.
💡Tip
Give placeholders clear, descriptive names that match the information you'll ask the agent for. The closer the names are to the real data — customer, total, items — the more reliably the agent fills them in. See Placeholders & Previewing.
