Conversation Titles & History
Rename or delete a saved conversation, and see other ways to reach your agents.
Your conversations are saved in the left sidebar so you can pick up where you left off. A conversation's title is generated automatically from your first message in it — it's not fixed once created, and you can rename it at any time.
Renaming and Deleting a Conversation
Hover over a conversation and open its … menu to:

Rename
Click Rename, type a new title, and press Enter to save (or Escape to cancel).

Delete
Click Delete to remove the conversation and its messages.
ℹ️Note
Chat is the live, interactive way to reach your agents, but it isn't the only one. The same agents can also respond over Telegram and other channels, through an embedded website widget, by email, and automatically on a schedule or trigger.
