Create a time-limited public link so anyone can download a file without signing in.
Sharing a File with a Link
Click the share icon on a file row to open the share dialog. This creates a public download link that anyone with the link can use until it expires or you revoke it.

Choose how long it lasts
Pick 1 hour, 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

Create the link
Click Create link. It appears under Active links with an expiry countdown.

Copy it
Click Copy.

Revoke when done
Click Revoke next to the link before it expires.
⚠️Warning
Anyone with an active share link can download the file without signing in. Revoke it once it's no longer needed.
How Revocation Takes Effect
Every download through a share link is checked again for expiry and revocation at the moment the download happens, not only when the link was first created. That means revoking a link takes effect immediately — even for someone who already has the link open, their next download attempt fails.
