Per-Agent Connections
Give two agents in the same workspace their own login for the same app.
Each agent can be bound to its own specific connected account for a given app, rather than every agent sharing one workspace-wide connection. That means two agents in the same workspace can each use a different Gmail or Google Sheets login — a "Sales Agent" sending from one inbox while a "Support Agent" sends from another.
This is why naming a connection matters when you connect it. The label you choose (e.g. "Sales Inbox" vs. "Support Inbox") is what lets you tell two connections for the same app apart later, when you're deciding which one a particular agent should use.
Connecting an account and naming it happens here, in Integrations. Turning a specific connection on for a specific agent happens on the agent itself — see Assigning Actions to Agents.
This page covers per-agent connections from the Integrations side. For the full picture from the agent editor, see Connected Accounts Per Agent.
