Appearance & Starter Buttons
Set how the widget looks and give visitors quick ways to start a conversation.
Appearance
From the same Assistant tab, these settings control how the widget looks to visitors:
| Setting | What It Controls |

| Title | The heading shown at the top of the chat |
| Greeting | The first message visitors see when they open the widget |
| Theme color | The accent color used throughout the widget |
Starter Buttons
Starter buttons are tappable options shown alongside the greeting so visitors can begin the conversation with a click instead of typing. You can add up to six.

|---|---|
| Reply | Sends the button's text as the visitor's first message |
| Link | Opens a URL in a new tab |
A separate Interactive buttons switch controls something different: when it's on, the assistant can offer its own tappable quick-reply or link buttons within its replies during the conversation, not just at the start.
