Overview & Creating

Pair an agent with an instruction and have it run on a repeating time, unattended.

What a Schedule Does

A schedule  pairs an agent with an instruction and runs it for you on a repeating time. Set it up once — for example, "summarize yesterday's sales every weekday at 9 AM" — and the agent runs on its own each time, without you needing to start it. Every run is recorded, so you can always see what happened.

Where to Find It

Open Schedule  from the sidebar, under More. The screen has two tabs: Schedules  (your list of schedules) and Logs  (the run history for all of them).

Creating a Schedule

On the Schedules  tab, click New Schedule.

1
Write the instructions
Describe what you want done, up to 10,000 characters.
2
Choose the agent
Pick which agent runs this instruction.
3
Name it
Give the schedule a name so you can recognize it in your list.
4
Set the timing
Choose a Once, Repeat, or Interval  mode and fill in the timing. See Timing Modes  for details on each.
5
Adjust advanced options (optional)
Set timezone, humanize timing, business hours, approval, or an active window. See Advanced Options.
6
Save
New schedules are created as Draft  and don't run until you turn them on.
ℹ️Note

A new schedule is always saved as Draft  and won't run until you switch it on with the toggle on its card. See Managing & Run History  for enabling, editing, and deleting schedules.
