Quick Start

Go from zero to a working AI automation in a few minutes.

What You'll Build

In this guide you'll create an agent that summarizes a Google Sheet and posts a digest to Slack — running automatically every weekday morning.

💡Tip

If you just want to chat with an agent, skip to Step 2 — your workspace already comes with a ready-to-use MAIN  agent.

Step-by-Step

1
Create your account
Sign up with your email, or continue with Google or GitHub. Verify your email, and your first workspace and a default MAIN  agent are created for you automatically.
2
Chat with your agent
On the home Chat  screen, pick the MAIN  agent and send a message. Replies stream back as the agent works, and you can expand the steps to see what it did.
3
Create a specialized agent
Go to Agents  in the sidebar and create a new agent. Give it a name (for example, Ops Digest), optionally pick a department and an avatar, write a short description, and add a Custom Instruction  describing how it should behave — for instance, "You produce concise daily operational digests and post clear, formatted summaries."
4
Connect the apps your agent needs
Go to Integrations and connect Google Sheets — you'll be sent to Google to authorize access. Connect Slack the same way. Then open your Ops Digest agent, go to its Integration  tab, and select the accounts you just connected so the agent is allowed to use them.
5
Schedule it to run automatically
Go to Schedule in the sidebar and create a new schedule. Choose your Ops Digest agent, write the instruction it should run (for example, "Summarize yesterday's new rows in the ops spreadsheet and post the digest to our Slack channel"), set it to repeat on weekdays at 9:00 AM, pick your timezone, and save.
6
Verify it works
Use Run now  to test the schedule immediately, then open its run history to see the status and the steps the agent took. A successful run shows as Completed.
ℹ️Note

Scheduled runs happen in auto mode — the agent completes its actions without waiting for approval, since no one is there to confirm them. In interactive chat you can turn auto mode off so the agent pauses and asks before it acts. See Approvals & Auto-Mode  for details.
