Locked Skills from Marketplace

Some skills you didn't write yourself — for example, one added when installing a package from the Marketplace — may show a Locked  badge. The publisher has hidden the full text, so you can't view or edit it in the interface.

Locking only affects whether you can see or edit a skill's content — it never affects whether the skill works. Agents can still read and use a locked skill normally, the same as any skill you wrote yourself.
